Just wondering how you are doing. I didn't see you in church yesterday and am hoping that it was because you were at the family campout and not sick. Have you regained your strength from you final chemo? When do your radiation treatments start? Did you get your radiation "tatoo" yet?
Pastor Mike spoke of you, without mentioning your name in yesterday's message as an example of someone who is glorifying God in their circumstances and knowing that we will have a "happily ever after" no matter what life sends our way.
Just wanted you to know that I am thinking of you and missed you yesterday. Praying that your radiation treatments go well, be sure to let us know when they start and how you are handling them.
Hey ~ I actually feel pretty bad--the effects from the last 3 chemo treatments have been worse every time, but the last one was last week, so I hope to see the light at the end of that tunnel soon! I was not feeling well enough to go to church. I plan to be there next week.
I have an appointment with the radiologist on August 9th, then I'll get my tatoo and begin 30 radiation treatments.
God promises us that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us, and His Word is true! PLUS, all things work together for good for those who love Him. Who else but His children have these wonderful promises? We are so blessed.
I am wonderfully blessed by a church full of brothers and sisters in Christ who have been so faithful to support me and pray for me. I am in awe of every one of you every day.
Mindy I was out watering the garden yesterday. And as I watered each plant, I was actually thinking how beautiful the leaves of each one of them are. I would've never just STOPPED and WATCHED prior to seeing your BEAUTIFUL pictures. But you've reminded me that God loves us so much and He created all this beauty for us to marvel at. Thank you for reminding me of that. I love your pictures! My kids are really getting into the colors of the plants and touching and feeling them. They love it, and I tell them that you are the one who reminded me that there is beauty literally all around us. Thank you! Love you! :)
