I guess the Dayton Fair is not technically a county fair (and no, I don't know what the distinction is--maybe one of my readers can enlighten us), but it is a wonderful family-oriented tradition. What fun to enjoy corny acts (with apologies to Buffo, the World's Strongest Clown), animals, and other rural activities.
